I'm thinking of adding either a screen room or a room that can be used all year round. Which would you do? I want something that will let light in but that we can sit in and relax without getting attacked by bugs.

A screened porch will give you more of an outdoor feel. But if you live in an area with a cold winter, you'll only be able to use it maybe half of the year.

We screened in the back porch and build walls and made large picture windows off the back room. And Made a screen room off the front porch. Now we have 1 more room year round and 1 more room in warm months. And we have a place to sit away from bugs. This year they are soo bad so it is nice.
