You have to love it right? We are trying to remodel our own home without a contractor. Hang in there, I bet the quotes will start rolling in soon. I think some contractors quote a job and then it costs a lot more so this guy is probably trying to get a more accurate quote.

We have everything laid out in full detail of what we "want" and what we would "prefer" he knows the short and long list. I am just not sure about it, we still need to squeeze in a fridge to this mess before its too late since our current one is dying. Half of his quote is all labor, ouch!
