Default Flooding Driveway

It seems like we have had so many storms that have flooded our driveway, I don't know what to do. Our culvert is open it's just the storms this year have been so violent. We live down stream from a hill and it's getting really bad sometimes. It seems we may have to elevate the land bridge and put in a larger pipe.

Sounds like you need to dig and put in a new sleuth pipe. You don't want the water to keep coming in - it will ruin the blacktop (if that is what your driveway is made of).

Do you have ditches dug around the area? I mean like out front at the beginning of the driveway is there a ditch there? If not, perhaps you need one. This would make the water run there and not on the driveway.
