I've gotten a deal on several new outdoor light fixtures. One is one of those motion sensor lights and I want to put it on our back deck. Is it terribly hard to change out light fixtures? I know you have to cut the power to the house but is the rest hard?

You should get a qualified electrician to do it for you. It's dangerous to do it if you are not knowledgeable. It may cause shortage that could burn down the house.
