Default I could kill him!

Seriously I could kill my husband - of course I won't. After all that scraping of the wallpaper he has decided to tear out the walls and hand new drywall! I even sanded the walls down! He thinks it will be easier because they need a lot of touch up prior to being painted.

So basically I wasted how long ripping the wallpaper off?

LoL, well you can look at it this way, you will now have some brand new looking walls, although it sounds like it was a bit overkill.

Oh, my. Yea, I wouldn't be too happy with all that wasted time and effort either. I'm sure you'll be happier with new drywall, but it would have been nice, for your sake, if he had figured that out before you went to all that trouble.

That's not nice. He should have thought of that before you did all of the work. Now ask him if he's going to do all of the work by himself like you did stripping off the wallpaper.

Wow, yeah I would be mad too. I was going to work on the walls and my husband asked me not to. He explained that he is not sure if we need to replace the drywall, and he doesn't want me to waste time.

Yes he will be doing the work by himself! I'm still mad believe me. I don't have new walls yet! I did tear apart my bathroom and it's almost done! 1 more coat tomorrow and then to put new border up! I can't wait til it's done.

Your bathroom sounds like it is coming together nicely. I'd kill him with the ordeal in the kitchen! Man - maybe he just changed his mind when he realized the work he would have to do to fix the old walls.

Yes that is what it was, how will I ever fix these walls. I'm glad we are doing it this way but I wish I didn't do all the work prior.

We ordered the new window today!
