We live in a Park Home which is built like a mobile home. The floor seems to be buckling slightly and my husband is considering putting laminate flooring down to correct this. Would it work?

I personally would not try it. You want a level floor when putting laminate down just like anything else. You might have to go under the house and see if you are missing a support beam, or if it rotted away. The floor buckling could be a sign of a larger problem.
