Default Recaulk Bathtub or Use a Caulk Cleaner

The caulk around my bath tub is beginning to look a grayish dingy color. Should I take up the existing caulk and apply new caulk or use some sort of cleaner to bring back the white color?

I'm actually just looking at doing some caulking, or something for my sink. I don't have your answer, but I'm looking to see what tips folks may have.

Well mine got so bad that the other day when I was cleaning the tub a whole bunch of it just came out so I am getting the rest of it out and redoing it.
