Default Smelly Front Load Washer

Help...my front load washer stinks! If I leave clothes in it for more than an hour they start smelling musty. I have routinely run the washer empty with a cup of bleach and it doesn't help for long. Am I missing something? Anyone else have this issue?

I have never had this problem but apparently it is one since Tide has a product for this. I think it is called Tide washer cleaner but I could be wrong.

Popeye, you are correct! I just bought it myself because I'm having a similar problem. I haven't noticed that it has helped, but I've only done one treatment and you are supposed to do one treatment a week for 3 weeks and then once a month there after.

I have never had this issue but I am also not leaving laundry sit for an hour wet either. Is it possible that has something to do with it?

That is very odd... I run my washer every couple of weeks with just hot water and bleach. It seems to keep the mustiness away. It's probably a lot cheaper than the Tide cleaner.
