Not mine thankfully but I just got off the phone with my sister who had hers in her brand new home break. They have been there less than a month, spent over 200k on the place and now this.
That is too bad, it must be very stressful for her. Is it part of the water main the city pays for, or will she have to pay for it or use her insurance?
