My contract is up with Dish in another month or two and am thinking of switching over to DirecTV. Has anyone done this before? It is my understanding that with DirecTV you can record and watch another show at the same time but you can't with Dish?
I am thinking of switching from Cable to DirecTV because I heard it's cheaper and better. I'm not sure though. My plan was to look into it all this week (I'm off from work).
I have used both before but I ended up switching to ATT Uverse instead come the end. So far I have been happiest with them, tons of things to watch for everyone in the family and the prices are not bad either.
How does the ATT Uverse work Charla? We have Dish now ourselves and I'm not real happy with them. I'm not so sure the DirecTV is any different though. I'd be interested to hear about the ATT programing though.
We also have Dish and to tell the truth I'm not sure if there are a lot of differences between the two. I'm sure both of them nickel and dime you to death! I would like to hear from more DirecTV users though to see how they like them.
When we moved we switched to Comcast, after having DirectTV for many years. It turned out to be a colossal mistake! We switched thinking Comcast would be cheaper than DirectTV. Comcast is a little cheaper than DirectTV, but not much. I loved DirectTV compared to Comcast. Though, my brother favors ATT Uverse because it is suppose to be exceptional, too. I'll take either one.
Well we have Dish now and they are ok. I'm not sure if there is a big difference between it and DirecTV though. I would be interested to hear how this ATT Uverse works though. Is is like the others as far as TV shows, etc. or is it mostly just movies?
We have DirecTV and are pretty happy with it. I've talked with others who have Dish and I really don't think there is a whole lot of differences. I guess we will just stick with them for a while longer anyway. Not to many other choices out there.
Any one switch from Dish to DirecTV?
