We have a flat screen on the wall and ugly cords hanging down. I don't want to go through the wall and run the cords behind the sheet rock. I have seen people use tape that you can use to tape down the cords and then paint over it. You still see a bump but it's not as bad as black cords hanging down. Where do I get this tape? I asked for it at my local Target and they didn't know what I was talking about.
You may need to try Home Depot or Lowes. I have not seen that exact tape you are talking about, but I know they sell a plastic tubing for what you are looking to do. I'm sure they can point you in the right direction for the tape.
