What is the difference between the 2 iPod touches that are on the market? Is it just the # of songs you can have stored? Can you get online with an iPod touch? I’m pretty illiterate when it comes to these things. My daughter is asking for one for Christmas. If it’s just the # of songs, then I think I will get the cheaper one. Thoughts?

I have no idea, I am not tech savvy. Heck I always thought there was only one. I am barely keeping up with the website I have running. What does the touch do?

The difference is only the number of songs that you can store. I believe the 8gb is 1,750 songs and the 32gb is 8,000 songs. All other features are the same.

Thanks everyone. I am hoping that they go on sale prior to Black Friday - I hate fighting the crowds for electronics. I've heard that Target sometimes has them where when you buy 1 you get a free gift card.
