Default Netbooks

Many people are bypassing the larger laptop computers now for netbooks. They're smaller, lighter, and a whole lot easier to carry around. Do you have a netbook or would you consider buying one?

I do not have one but when it is time to get my kids a computer (when they are older) would consider getting them one. I really need a laptop or desktop for myself.

I think the trend is growing towards Netbooks for on the go. I actually just got one recently, and I love it. It would be great for students, too.

Right now I have a dell that my better half purchased from his work since business laptops tend to do better than personal ones. I have yet to know anyone with a personal laptop (non business) that never "acted up".

I guess I'm old fashioned. If I find something that works good for me, like my Dell laptop, I won't upgrade. If it's not broke, don't fix it, right?

I'm the same way. My new computer replaced a decade old run that still had Win98 on it. I've never had a laptop and couldn't afford what I saw, but the netbook fit the bill for a portable use item.

I don't own a laptop nor a netbook. I'm very loyal to desktops just because they are more flexible to upgrades and can run for days without overheating. I might buy a netbook if ever I landed on a job that requires me to travel a lot.

I have a netbook I use when I travel. It is nice, but my big hands on the little keyboard do not work very well.

I love my laptop. But having said that, I would buy a netbook if I had the money to do so at the moment. I have a lot of ebooks and things to read on my laptop and I read a lot while I'm out and about at appointments and such. When I get the extra money, I'm getting a netbook.
