Has anyone purchased the Roku box that Netflix sells to get instant downloads straight to your TV? I have Netflix and they have so many downloads but I don't like watching them at my desktop. Is it worth the money and was it difficult to install?

I haven't bought one yet but I want one ASAP. You can also use an Xbox 360 or a Wii to access your movies but we don't have any gaming systems. I am determined to buy one for my husband this Christmas!

I've seen those. I get Netflix and I would love to have one of those. We don't have kids in the house anymore so we don't have any gaming systems either. I have got to get me one!

I'm going to start using our Wii for that pretty soon. I think it will end up saving us a lot of money. we like to watch a lot of movies.

We finally got a Roku and it's fantastic! I not only stream my Netflix account over my TV but also get content from Crackle, Hulu and several other free channels as well as some from channels you can rent for a fee. I rent Cowboy Classics for my husband and I get Horror Classics for myself. We've even cancelled our cable and get what we want on the Roku. They recently added an option to rent movies from Amazon but I haven't tried that yet.
