Default Tech alarms?
I have heard instead of using places like act for a home alarm there are kits you can buy & build your own. Has anyone came across this before? I have been trying to search online but keep coming up empty.

I know that you can buy the stuff to build your own alarm system without going through ADT or something.Your best bet would be to check out Menard's, Home Depot or Lowe's.
