We have to start early this year since a few storms that blew through took out some tree limbs. It seems as each year passes more keep coming down, I am surprised we have any left!
Oh how fun that is! I love limb pick up day and leaf raking day! Not! That was sarcastic if you could not tell. The darn branches seem to grow back don't they?
We are picking up branches still - in Late December. The weather here has been too warm and the branches are still falling. I'm getting sick of it and so is my tired back and legs!
I went out this morning and picked up branches and then scooped up dog poop. I'd take the branches any day! Who would think in the middle of March in NY I would be picking up branches. I'm also wearing shorts!
Shorts? Good grief, I wish it was that warm here. The other day it was over 60 degrees which was lovely but today we're back around 45. Oh well, it's supposed to warm up tomorrow again. Now I'm just ready for the green of spring.
It's been lovely and warm the past few days. Although I didn't have shorts on, I should have because I worked up a sweat picking up branches today. But I am not complaining.
