Default Fall Crops

I just got some broccoli, peas and collard greens planted for my fall crops. All are cold weather crops that can withstand some light frost and I love them, peas especially. They are delicious and cannot stand the heat of summer. So what fall crops do you have out?

Most people I know never grow fall crops. They are missing out on some good stuff! I have peas, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and lettuce. Everything seems to be doing well, so far. My favorite crop are peas, I could eat them all day!

I've got various peas, beans, cucumber, pumpkin, peppers, tomatoes, and even some corn stalks that are surviving the bugs. Should get a few yields out of them before the frost here.

Starting on the fall garden, carrots, beats and radish so far. Got a lot of planting this weekend.

I have cabbage, butternut, sugar pumpkin and purple cauliflower! The growing season in my area is not very long so the fall crops really help extend it.
