I'm really sad, because my fiancé and I can't seem to afford a house or any place right now that we can afford that has a yard. I would love to have a yard for my dog. How can I ever afford this?
Save your money! We live in the country and I love it. I could never live in town where there is no yard. We are outside all the time in the back yard. You just have to save your money and spend less on things you don't need. Where do you live? You have no yard at all? Are there any parks near you?
Yep I agree with Marlie, you have to save for it. You would at least need a big down payment and then be sure you can afford the monthly mortgage. You can do it! Save your money!
Save up. You have to start somewhere. Talk to a broker, they can at least put you on the right path. They can help you formulate a plan and tell you where your credit is.
