Pruning Rosebushes
Now that it is cold, I live in the South of the US, is it a good time to prune back rose bushes? How far back can you prune them without killing them?

You can prune them to the ground but it's too late if you do it now you will kill them. Roses are supposed to be pruned around Thanksgiving and I am in the South too.
