I can't believe that this close to November we still have to mow the lawn. the weather has been crazy and we still haven't had a frost. If this keeps up we will still be mowing at Christmas!
We have at least one more, maybe two cuts left in the year from what I can tell. Then again we have also already had three frost mornings that dropped into the 30's too.
Down here you can get away with once or twice a month during the cool weather. But like an idiot I put down winter rye grass so the dogs paws do not bring in dirt from the thinning grass. So I mow weekly/bi-weekly anyway.
We mowed some the other day and thought we were done for the winter. Hopefully we won't have many more times to do this. No frost yet but some cool mornings.
Oh that's a bummer. It's been a few weeks since we last mowed (or rather my hubby did) It doesn't really look like it is going to need it again so we may be done for the winter.
I'm thinking we have a couple more cuts too. It's been raining a lot but it is supposed to be gorgeous this weekend. That means the grass will grow and will need to be cut.
