| I understand that tomatoes need at least 6 to 8 hrs of direct sun to grow and produce. I raise mine in raised beds in the north srea of my back yard. It gets direct sun from about 10 am till sunset there. Plus I compost the beds every year with a mix of cow manure and compost. Plus I work into the soils some calcium. Prevents tomatoe rot. Water plenty every day. |
