My neighbour has just had her small lawn astro-turfed and it looks fabulous. Also, of course, she no longer needs to mow it or do any other maintenance. It cost her over £300 however. If I could afford it, I'd do the same. How about you?

I guess for a small space that would be ok, but I live in the country on several acres so, expense aside, it just wouldn't be practical. I don't think my horses would like it at all

I don't find it comfortable for my kids to play on or bare feet, which we are as much as possible. Perhaps I'm unfamiliar with the new, modern kind.

Is it easy to clean? I suppose if you have a patch that needs some cover that's one way.
